This property consist of corn/bean rotation, forage and timbered area along the creek. Plenty of food and water to keep the deer and turkey coming around the property. The one acre pond, the hay field in the southwest corner with a creek that flows through the property are all good attributes for game to hang around.

CRP will be cut in late August, early September per contract. CRP contract is expiring in the northeast corner. This area might be irrigated in the near future.
