Property Details
!!!!!This is the hunting property of a lifetime !!!!!

630 Acres of PRIME PLATTE RIVER property in Nebraska. This has everything that Nebraska has to offer, whether your bow hunting deer in the early fall, or waiting for rifle season come November. You could be waiting for all the snow to melt so you can get out and start looking for the roost tree's so you can bag your Big Tom for spring turkey season, or maybe your a waterfowler and live in your waders with your best 4 legged friend by your side. This property has several warm water sloughs that stay open into those cold winter days. This property is definitely on of a kind. The property is easy to get to via county road bordering the north side of property. There are tons ducks and geese flying going both south in the fall and light goose in the spring and holds some birds through the season. Anyone that knows the area knows how good the hunting is in this area. The property has the Platte River split up with the north channel and up to 1/2 of the main channel to the south. This gives you many options for tree stands, and blinds when it comes to deer and the birds. Just about any situation when it comes to hunting. I can go on and on about this listing but the aerials and the pictures tells you what a great place it is to hunt. The winning bidders of this tract will make lasting memories each year.

-Use of ATV's is allowed, but limited to removal of game only. No joy riding.
-Max of up to 4 hunters and 8 bucks per year, with no limits on doe's with legal licenses. Quality deer management should be practiced to keep a quality deer herd.
-If the beavers, muskrats, etc, become a nuisance, trapping may be done if necessary, to keep channels clear. This would be done during later season as to keep the interference with the hunting to a minimum if needed.
-If there are any locked gates the owner will provide a key or you will be able provide your own lock to be added to the chain on the gate for access.

-The owners have ran cattle for years so there will be cattle in the corn stalks feeding in winter months and calving come spring. They will move the cattle to the pasture along the north road in mid April depending on weather and calving, then they will remain there during the summer. Respect and care with the cattle is a must. Please leave all gates closed after entering or leaving the property.

-Any and all improvements need to be submitted to your HLN rep and the landowners notified. If improvements are made without approval first, lessee's are subject to the lease being terminated, all payments will be forfeited and not refunded.

-Landowner asks that you carry your ID letter with you at all times if you are a signed lease member.

-Landowners will allow hunting on the crop fields after harvest. No vehicles allowed on crop ground at any time. Atv's will be allowed for retrieval. Respect to crop ground is a must!
