The neighboring property to the east is fantastic deer bedding habitat. What it lacks is food, which is what this lease is. Literally one big food plot. There are several deer in this field every time I have visited.
If Ground Blinds or Tri-pod stands are for you, this may be the lease you were looking for. This property will be outstanding for the bow hunter or the gun hunter that wants to reach out and touch 'em in a crop field.
Don't let the lack of timber keep you from looking at this lease. Take a look at what is around this property. Big thickets and hardwoods butt up to these crop fields. These fields get hammered by the whitetails. The deer are pouring out of the timber to feed in theses fields at night. A couple of good ground blind locations on the edge of these fields are all it will take to intercept a big whitetail feeding in these fields. I could see a set in the NE corner and 2-3 sets in the SE corner.
