Owner reserves the right to pasture the property and remove trees from pasture. Typically, the owner pastures cattle from May 1st - Nov. 1st. Owner will allow camping on the property. He will also allow for trapping when cattle are not on the property.

ATV's are allowed for hunting purposes only. 5 person max. Respect to crops are a must.
