This 220 acre tract has some very good terrain that makes for some good hunting. There is a really nice alley cut in the center of the timber block that acts as a great shooting lane. There is a centrally located spot on top of the canyon ridge that makes for a great vantage and hunting point to intersect deer moving between the timber blocks and the crop ground.
This property also has a 3 acre pond on it that has some fishing opportunity as well. The crops are in a corn / soybean rotation so there is plenty of food for the wildlife to choose from.

No camping, No fires, No overnight stays on property at any time throughout the season.
All legal game as seasons allow with exception to bobcat and fox. ATV's are allowed for hunting purposes only, no trail riding. There is to be NO damage to crop ground standing or otherwise.
Cattle will be grazed from March 1 - Sep. 1.
$2 Million in hunting liability insurance included in lease price. No commercial use allowed.
