The aerials show that the location of the timber on this lease is going to be it's biggest asset. The timber is cut by a small creek towards the west property line. A nice draw continues to the east out into the crop field. This will surely funnel deer that are traveling the creek going to their feeding area in the crop fields. There are a few different stand locations to intercept those cruising bucks. A big majority of the deer are bedding to the west in some of the bigger stands of timber. They are crossing the creek to feed as well as naturally cruising both sides of the creek and using the timber as cover.

ATV's can be utilized for hunting related tasks only. No Trail Riding. Restaurants, hotels/motels are available in Carmi. There is a Wal-mart available as well.
