While visiting the property with the landowner we kicked up a number of deer. There is a good source of running water through the timber, with good ground cover as well. This upcoming 2022 season, ag will be planted in corn.

You will also have use of one of the outbuildings for hunting equipment storage per owner approval. ATV use OK for stand placement and animal removal.

Landowner does request trapping privileges. Gate to be locked and posted key will be given to lessee. Lock-on stands and ladders OK no nails/screws please.
