The lessee will have priority of use of the cabin during the deer and turkey seasons and the landowner will have priority of use outside of the seasons. Landowner will insist on good communication regarding the cabin use so that there are zero conflicts (please call for additional info and details regarding the cabin use) It has one private bedroom and a loft style sleeping area on the second floor. Hunters will be responsible for leaving the cabin "as they found it"! Hunters must also take all trash with them or arrange for trash service during the hunting seasons. The landowner also insists on good communication in regards to when the hunters will be using the property.

No permanent tree stands or spike/nails allowed in any trees. ATV's approved for hunting related tasks only. No trail riding. Landowner reserves the right to mushroom hunt after shooting hours during the spring turkey season. $2 million dollars of hunting liability insurance is included in the lease price.
