Property Details
***HOT KNOX COUNTY, ILLINOIS PROPERTY***VERY NICE TRAVEL CORRIDORS***

Knox County has been consistently producing several B & C bucks each year.
I really like the looks of this farm. I think the deer movement will be fantastic.
There are three very distinct travel corridors leading out into the crop fields. As you can see from the aerials, the three nicely timbered draws lead out into some of the area’s largest crop fields. The neighboring property to the south appears to be where a lot of the deer are bedding. So, with some good stand locations, you can catch these Knox county bruisers as they are moving back and forth from their bedding area to the food.

Atv's are permitted for hunting related purposes only. No Trail Riding. Must be respectful of the crops and traverse along the field edges.
Please be very conscious of and do not interfere with the farming activities.

There are some turkey's in the area for an added bonus of some Springtime gobbler action.

Hotels/motels and restaurants are close by in Galesburg.
This farm has great access off of I-74. Approx. 3 Hours 15 Minutes from Chicago; 3 Hours 40 Minutes from St. Louis.
$2MM Hunting Lease Liability Insurance Policy is included with this lease. Outfitters must provide proof of insurance.
