Creek bottom ground covered with trails! This bottom ground is an absolute TRAVEL ROUTE. The deer MUST travel through this creek bottom to get from a well managed northern property to the southern high ridge ground. The ag field(s) to the east, I have counted on numerous occasions 20+ deer in the afternoons pounding on the cut ag fields.

I hunt this area myself and every time that I have visited the property I have bumped deer that were bedding in this creek bottom. There are also some turkey that frequent the piece from the north.

Last year there was a mix of corn and beans and that may be the case again. For 2 hunters, one can easily ambush deer that must pass through this natural funnel property.

Farm is close to Hanover and not far from Galena or Savanna, Illinois. Price includes liability insurance. No outfitters.
