DEER AND TURKEY LEASE ON 720 ACRES IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, NE!!
This property has a little bit of everything on it. On this 720 acres you will find milo, CRP, pasture, timbered areas and rolling hills. All of these variables will make your hunting experience a memorable one.
On the the western, 320 acres, you will find milo planted on top of the main ridge. All this surrounded by ridges and waterways on 200 acres of ungrazed pasture. Owner says that the deer use these waterways as a safe haven for travel.
The eastern 400 acres has upland game food plots in spots. Plenty of bedding areas and thick mature oak trees throughout this parcel. I also noticed while I was on the farm, that it has nice funnels and travel routes in the timber, ideal for stand placement.
Landowner reserves the right to pasture cattle on 125 acres. Also, a new fence was built around the 190 acre grassland on the west 320 acre tract, and it’s being grazed May to early October.
Owner reserves the right to do upland game habitat improvement projects throughout the year.

Deer and turkey hunting rights only!
Owner will retain all other hunting and trapping rights on the property, but will avoid hunters when they are present. Owner is very active in maintaining his property for all wildlife. Please contact landowner before accessing the property.
If you need a place to camp, Alexandria Lakes State Rec. Area is 6 miles away. If you would rather do the hotel stay, Fairbury, NE. is just minutes southeast with nice lodging.
ATV's can be used for hunting purposes only! No trail riding! Respect to crops on the property is a must.
$2 million in hunting liability coverage included in lease price. No commercial use allowed on property.
NOTE: This lease will be limited to a maximum of 4 named sportsmen on the lease agreement!
