Locals know that at times during the fall, massive influxes of geese and mallards take place. The property also has a significant amount of deer traffic...although, no upland game hunting or fishing is permitted.

One or more blinds could be built in areas on the lake or between the lake, the pastures, or even on the edge of the timber near corn and water. No food plots are possible per local FSA office CRP contract rules. The property is less than 4 miles south of the Lakeside casino in Osceola. The casino has great food and overnight accommodations.
