Of a total of 240 acres, 60 of them have bristling timber and timbered draws/gullies integrated with very large timber on adjacent property - in Clarke County, Iowa, one of Iowa's better trophy deer producing counties...the rest is mainly tall grass CRP. Note: CRP may come out in 2014. This property is complex, complicated and very tough to navigate unless you're on a deer trail. There is enough structure and topography to station 20 hunters. We've decided to limit the group size to six and restrict for recreational purposes only during this initial first year/first time lease...but we may open it up to commercial operators on the next one. It will work well for either. Recreational hunting insurance premium for $2.0 million coverage is included in bid price.
