1150 ACRES OF CONTINUOUS BOURBON CO KANSAS HUNTING IN UNIT 11

The property is located in the northwest part of Bourbon County where there are massive amounts of mature native timber and rolling hills with an abundance of feed fields that makeup the bottom ground. The property connects to the Little Osage River to the North and is surrounded by solid timber in all other directions.

This area has had reports of several Boone and Crockett whitetails taken. The region consist of the perfect varieties of row crop rotation of corn, beans and occasionally milo.

The tree lines flow through this property like whitetail highways from the timber to the hundreds of acres of crop ground. Miles of tree lines meandering through the crop ground will certainly payoff in November when the big boys start cruising around.


Landowner reserves the right to trim trees along fields, ditches and roadways throughout the lease.
Cattle are pastured in a small area in the southeast corner of the lease.
Public fishing is allowed around the bridge on the east side of the property.
There is a Feral Hog management program that will require access throughout the lease but program manager will reduce activity in the month of November or Firearm season.

Commercial Guides must be approved by the Hunting Lease Network Representative before bidding and will have to supply adequate liability insurance.
