THIS IS A SLEEPER BIG BUCK HONEY HOLE!!!!! Great affordable tract for deer and turkeys in Osborne County Unit 3.

Check out the pictures below. I probably posted way too many pictures of scrapes and rubs but I could have posted ten times as many!!!!! Everywhere you looked there were trails with rubs and scrapes. These two ravines have an abundance of cover and hunt like they are twice as big as what the aerial shows. The terrain is up and down and has big mature trees for plenty of stand sites. This definitely a hot spot for buck activity during the rut!!!!!!!!

This is a very affordable lease that has some great potential. There are two fingers of woods that extend down from the north into two agricultural fields. The fields are rotated between wheat and row crops. The Solomon river runs just to the North of this property. As you can see from the aerial pictures, there are some bluffs between this property and the river. The farm manager stated that this is a great spot for the deer to hang out and then they make there way to the agricultural fields to feed. The two fingers of trees that are at the north end of this piece would be a great spot to catch a buck moving between feed and bed.
