This property is made up of a 14 acre hay field, rolling hills, wooded pasture and wetlands. Good watering holes can be found on the property with the ponds and the spring fed creek. With that, you will have the opportunity to hunt deer, bear, wolves, coyotes, waterfowl and grouse. The property to the west is state owned, use this to your benefit as they push deer right to your stand. It also has available fishing in Cloquet River, where you can fish for northern, walleye and trout. A good over all northern Minnesota hunting lease, just in time for the season.
Easy access! There is a fence line on the east-north-west border of the area. The south border is a natural waterway, with a steep ridge that runs east to west.
Landowner reserves the right to pasture cattle on the property from May 15 - November 1. She will also reserve the right to do ground work on the 14 acre hay field at the east end of the property.
Landowner will allow camping by the south access point. Water and electrical hook-ups will be available to use. She encourages that either permanent stands or portable stands be used on the property. Lease is only available to the four named hunter's on the lease agreement.
ATV's are allowed for hunting purposes only, respect to property is a must.
$2 million hunting liability insurance included with lease price. Outfitters/guides must submit their own insurance.
