Across the street to the south is an apartment that will be included with this lease.(See pictures below) It’s a one bedroom/1 bathroom and will sleep 4 with the bunk-beds in the living room. Perfect for a family of 4 or hunting group. Could sleep up to 5 if you include the sofa. It has a kitchenette with full size stove and fridge/freezer. Direct TV, but no internet at this time. It has a window unit for both ac/heat. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There’s a closet with a vacuum and plenty of space for storage. ATV's could be stored downstairs in the garage. The hunting lease is right across the street and you can access with an ATV.

Landowner will allow food plots. Please submit a map of the food plot area for approval before planting.

If the landowner decides to sell the property, she will pro-rate by the month.

Property does not have a fence around it.
