It is obvious by the sign that these areas are natural travel routes. There are several stand options to catch these deer coming from the bigger timber to the crop fields to feed. It is a great advantage having lots of neighboring timber. The south tract is a little more limited, but still takes advantage of two good drainages that are sticking out into the crop fields once again creating travel corridors. These deer are going to naturally use the timber as cover traveling up through the neighboring timber to the south. Just below the natural "Y" in the timber should be a very productive stand site.

This is a 1 year exclusive lease for all legal game. Unless the lease is entered into after August 31st and before December 31st of current year. In that case the lease will end August 31st the following year.
