There are mostly Mule deer on the property, with only a few whitetails that have been seen.
Landowner reserves the right to pasture cattle on all three properties, but can move them around before the season starts. Landowner is willing to work with hunter's so they have a memorable hunt.
There is a cabin available on the smaller piece if interested. This will be an extra charge for the cabin rental. Cabin will sleep four individuals comfortably.
ATV's can be used for hunting purposes. Landowner suggests that you bring it if you have one. Make sure to close all gates as you pass through them.
