Access to this tract is through a locked gate on the south side of the property, which the winning bidder will get a key too.
Owner reserves the right to do any of the following throughout the year:

- farm & CRP maintenance
- clearing of trees (paths, roadways, fields)
- spaying weeds
- mushroom hunt
- cutting of fire wood
