While visiting the property I jumped a few geese, mallards & wood ducks off of the lake. Noticed a lot of snow goose sign and had a few big flocks fly overhead. I also saw enough deer sign to tell me that the deer move through and bed down on the property.
The access on the west end will get you from the gate by the road all the way down to the first dam. When crops are planted the expectation will be by foot from there. On the east end there is a grassy area that you can use as walk-in access to get down to the lake area. The winning bidder will be given a set of keys to both gates.
Landowner reserves the right to maintain the farm by removing any debris or overgrown timber.
