There will be no shortage of grain planted fields and native hardwoods that border the Republican River. With over a mile of river lined timber, you will not have to look very hard to locate the perfect stand or blind location. The nearest town will be Scandia, Kansas although the closest lodging will be in Belleville Ks approximately 11 miles to the east.

Access into the property will be fairly easy from the south if the dirt road is not wet, if it is too wet to drive it is about a mile walk to the southeast corner of the lease.

Entering from the north will be super easy with a very nice secluded field on the north end of the lease which will for sure be a hotspot for whitetail movement.

There is no trapping allowed on the property
