That road is probably not passable by car in a really wet year, but should not be a problem by ATV. It was always accessible by car but the last couple of years it has been wet and not worth driving a car across.
Access only allowed during the MN Deer firearm season, Nov.9-17, 2024! Lessee will have exclusive rights during the Firearm season. If the lessee needs to set cameras, stands, or access the property before Nov.9th, they will have to contact the landowner to get permission. Property has a locked access gate.
The landowner asks that sportsmen respect the property and only trim branches for shooting lanes, no marketable timber to be cut. Absolutely, no screw in tree steps or nailing of signs in any trees on the property.
