150 acres of CRP, timber, grass and crops - located in Union County - between 12 Mile Lake and 3 Mile Lake. Creek running thru the farm is a highway for deer traveling between habitats in the area.

Landowner reserves the right to harvest 1 doe during late muzzleloader season. Owner asks that you get permission to use a vehicle on the property at least until the ground is frozen.

Cattle may be turned into west (fenced) crop field after harvest on the years when farm in corn. In 2026 farm will be in beans, so no cattle. There may be some fringe clearing of debris from time to time.

30 acres of CRP on this lease.. 20 of the acres are up for program renewal. If they are not renewed in the CRP program, those 20 acres will be cut or sprayed this fall. No other scheduled maintenance to CRP in 2026.
