This property is surrounded by crop fields and basically borders Conestoga Lake on the south side. The views from the hilltops on this property are fantastic. With the rolling hill terrain, you should have multiple places to set up your hunt. 160 acres of pasture will most likely have some traffic on it throughout the year. Good deer and turkey sign on the property when I walked it. I jumped 5 deer on the east side standing in the timber and seen multiple cow patties flipped over. There has to be turkey's!

Access gates are located on the west side of the property. One is located in the NW corner and one is right in the middle. Make sure you keep all gates closed.

Cattle are typically on the property from May 1 - October 15, weather pending.

Farm manager reserves the right to remove cedars as needed. He also has plans to redo the pond on the east side of the property.
