A nice CRP buffer strip around all the fields makes for super access and a great transition in and out of crop fields for deer & turkeys. I really like the way all the fields are crowned. This makes a lot of the farm NOT visible from the road which is always good.
All of the timbered draws funnel into each other making for some potentially deadly stand sets. These timbered ridges are thick in areas creating great bedding. They also open up into some mast producing hardwoods that should be hammered by the deer when the acorns are falling.

Several spots for potential food plots. Lessees would need to have location and size approved by HLN & landowner before any dirt is moved.
