Over 2.5 miles of creek bottom in Unit 18!!!!

This a huge continuous property with everything that makes up great deer hunting!! Cover, water, and food. The creek bottom creates a bunch of nook and crannies as it meanders from north to south. All of these could be that honey hole where a monster could hold up. There is so much food. All the pivots are corn this year, with milo running along the creek bottom. There are areas of native grass on the corners of the pivots and between the creek bottom and pivots. This native grass creates great bedding area for whitetails. This year, with all the rain, the native grass is tall and thick. There are plenty of stand sites along both sides of the creek. There are also some great areas for tower blinds to cover a whole lot of real estate with a rifle. When your looking for whitetail habitat this would property would be at the top of the list.

There is opportunities for upland game on the corners of the pivots and the native grass along the creek bottom. There is a good chance that there will be geese using these corn pivots throughout the season.

Predator hunting would be recommended to help out the tenant farmer during calving season and also with fawns in the spring.

There is a rental house on the north quarter section. The shelter belt will be off limits that surrounds the house, but the creek bottom is fair game.

Would pair vary nicely with KSWE 0104 and/or KSWE 0105. They are within 10 minutes of each other.

ATV's allowed for hunting purposes only, no trail riding, and avoid damaging the fence on the property. Respect to crops and crop ground is a must!
