All three properties have many opportunities for a variety of hunting possibilities. Lets start with the east property.

This property consists of pasture that has 5 foot tall native grass and loaded with 6-8 foot tall sunflowers!! There are game trails that run through the pasture in all directions. There is a group of trees in the middle that could hold a stand. There are also some trees on the east property line that would also hold a tree stand. You may have to think out of the box with some well placed ground blinds or use tower blind to cover this entire pasture. There is a pond/swamp that runs along the north property line of the east half section. On wet years this pond fills up and runs to the south creating a marshy wetland. This has been a rainy year and there is plenty of water in these low areas!!! Should create some great waterfowl possibilities. There was also plenty of quail and pheasants.

The middle section is pasture with great native grass. It also has a low area that creates great wetland habitat. The rain from this year has made all of these low land pot holes into great little water fowl spots. This pasture would be great for upland and waterfowl with the water in the low area. There may be some deer here but it would not be the best spot to find the on a regular basis.

The west property may be the best property for whitetails. It has great cover and has plenty of milo planted around its perimeter. The deer were bedding right in the milo!!! There is a pasture that surrounds this property to the south. It has great native grass and some tall cottonwoods for stands. There is also an old homestead in the middle that would have some options for stands. There is plenty of grass for cover for upland game, with the milo, there should be an abundance of birds.

This is great lease that provides the outdoorsman with plenty of options for chasing game!! Would pair vary nicely with KSWE 0103 and/or KSWE 0104. They are within 10 minutes of each other.

ATV's allowed for hunting purposes only, no trail riding, and avoid damaging the fence on the property. Respect to crops and crop ground is a must!
