The lake is surrounded by prime food sources in the form of row crops and alfalfa. Dry field and water sets are both on the table for taking waterfowl. This area also gets a massive influx of Snows in the spring for additional opportunities. The lake is stocked with bass, bluegill and catfish and the ownership reports great fishing. There are likely limited opportunities for Whitetail hunts on the property if you want to mix things up.
Access to the dam side is via a gravel road from the north. Access is possible from the south side as well. Respect for the crops and alfalfa are priority and should not be damaged or rutted when conditions are wet. Please pick up all spent shotgun hulls when finished with each hunt.
