Property Details

Great layout with plenty of woods and fields. This parcel is loaded with deer and turkey as per owner and saw plenty of both when I visited the property.
Row crops are corn and beans. The southern area does not get a lot of traffic from humans, so the deer are constantly hanging around there.

On some parts of the property, you could sit on the high ground and watch the valley below. You would not even need a stand.

The northern portion of the property is alfalfa. Landowner does not want ATVs in the alfalfa. Drive along the edges.

The way this property is laid out it can easily accommodate 3 hunters.

Property boundaries are marked with old telephone poles and some t-posts. Landowners neighbor is a stickler about people being on his property so pay attention to boundaries. Landowner can meet to point out boundaries.
